At Zinex, we strive to ensure every customer has a seamless and satisfactory experience while purchasing digital goods from our storefront at www.zinex.in. As a digital-only platform dealing with software keys, game keys, gift cards, templates, and subscription-based services, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness, protection, and transparency for both buyers and sellers.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold through Zinex are delivered digitally and are considered non-returnable once delivered and accessed. This is due to the nature of goods which, once exposed or used, cannot be revoked or returned also we do not provide any replacement or exchange.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

A refund may be approved under the following conditions:

A. Product Not Delivered:

  • If you did not receive the digital product within the promised delivery timeframe (as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy), and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable extended period.

B. Non-Functional or Invalid Product:

  • If the product does not function as described or is invalid on first usage, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The customer must provide proof (screenshots, video recordings, etc.) to verify the issue.

C. Mismatch with Product Description:

  • If the received product significantly differs from what was listed in the product description.

D. Pre-Order Cancellation:

  • If a pre-order product is not delivered within 30 days of the order date, customers may request a full refund or accept continued wait time based on seller stock availability.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the digital product was accessed and later claimed as non-functional without valid evidence.
  • If the issue arises due to incorrect usage or user error.
  • If the buyer failed to follow provided instructions or guidelines.
  • For products marked as "non-refundable" at the time of sale.
  • If the complaint is raised after 48 hours of successful delivery.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@zinex.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, registered email, and full details of the issue.
  3. Attach screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the problem.
  4. Our team will respond within 24-72 hours after reviewing the issue.

If approved, refunds are credit back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Partial Refunds or Store Credits

In some cases, Zinex may offer:

  • partial refund if the product was partially usable.
  • store credit of equivalent value if preferred by the customer.
  • An alternative product or replacement of similar value.

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Zinex reserves the right to deny refund claims that:

  • Are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or malicious in nature.
  • Involve buyers attempting to misuse the Buyer Protection or Refund system.
  • Are linked to past patterns of abuse, disputes, or excessive refund requests.

7. Seller-Managed Fulfillment

Since most of the digital products listed on Zinex are fulfilled by independent verified sellers, vendors, or brands under our Seller Connect Program:

  • Zinex acts as a facilitator and intermediary, ensuring product quality and buyer protection.
  • Refunds may require verification and resolution coordination with the connected seller.

8. Zinex's Role & Limitation

Zinex operates as a storefront and does not directly own, produce, or manufacture the products sold. We manually or systemically manage listings from third-party verified sellers.

  • Our responsibility is limited to ensuring fair dispute resolution and buyer protection.

9. Changes to Refund Policy

Zinex reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in business operations, legal compliance, or platform features.
